The poor company thought i was stupid for my last review saying my sister was not one of their clients (because we have a different last name). Also, you should not post whether someone is your patient or not on Google. Anyway, they absolutely screwed her over with money, drilled into all of her teeth and took all of her money. She finally realized the price is not worth it, felt something was sketchy, and that they were just trying to talk her into spending more money. She went somewhere new that has nothing but wonderful reviews and turns out, she never needed those fillings or crowns! Her fillings had also chipped almost immediately. They never gave her any say when they said “we’re putting a crown in” and she just felt pure pressure so went with it. The place she goes to now is honest, reliable, and not a scam. Do not go here unless you want to pay for their rent. Negative 900000 reviews for her terrible experience and pointless money spent.

Dr. Dimento is by far the best dentist I’ve ever had my entire life. He is so kind, caring and thorough. He really cares about your wellbeing. He puts strenuous effort into your care to ensure you have the best results. I had a terrible experience with an extraction at a dental clinic. When I called Dr. Dimento, he got me in immediately and helped fix the issue. He was genuinely concerned and made me feel so much better after healing an infected dry socket. I can’t say enough about this man except that I am so glad that I have him as my dentist, I feel lucky. The office itself is just so clean, friendly and well put together. I plan to stay with this office for a long time. Thank you Dr. Dimento and staff!

Dr DiMento is not only an excellant dentist, he is kind and personable.
He stays up to date on all dentistry issues and is also excellent when using a needle to apply novocaine. Doctor also takes the time to explain everything, so you understand all procedures.
His staff is polite and helpful. What more could you ask for!!

Best Dentist in Syracuse! I couldn't say enough good things about Dr. Dimento and his staff. SO attentive, accommodating, and Dr. Dimento always explains everything he is doing with great detail so you know what to expect- especially if you're like me and dont like going to the dentist. Everything about this dental practice is top notch. The offices are clean and beautiful. The staff are professional, helpful and friendly. My dental hygienist Katie does a through job cleaning my teeth while explaining what she is doing and why. I have now meet both dentists in the practice and they friendly and through in their exams.

Very professional and very friendly!! The best dentist office I’ve ever been to!! Went in to my appt nervous and Dr. DiMento calmed my nerves right away and was very good at walking through things step by step!! Highly recommend this place!!

Everyone from the front desk to the patient room was welcoming and very pleasant. I had a very thorough examination performed and was pleased that my goals were the center of the plan of care. I am happy to have transferred to this office .

Absolutely 10/10! I hadn’t been to the dentist in over a decade & was referred here by a family member. I was honestly, so scared. This office & the staff didn’t make me feel bad, they were so friendly & kind. Everything was clean, the staff was smiling and totally answered every question I had. The doctor took his time & talked to me about my teeth, IN DEPTH. I can’t wait to go back!!

I started coming here simply because it was close to my home. After my 3 visits now and an oral surgery, I would drive an hour to get this kind of experience! The staff is genuine and kind, and makes every effort to make sure you are taken care of! They have a great communication systems and remember me by name! I’ve received a card and personal calls to check in after my procedure. They take the “family” part seriously and I can tell the staff love working together!
