Plan benefits and what’s included
This plan is for patients without insurance. Coverage is in effect for one year, with your signup date serving as your plan anniversary. If you have questions about which plan is best for you, please call the office or stop in.

Save 30% on all cleaning and new patient plans Plus additional discounts on other treatment that may be needed.
Services included
- 2 exams
- 2 or 4 cleanings (4 for periodontal patients)
- 2 oral cancer screenings
- 2 fluoride treatments
- 1 set of 4 digital bitewing X-rays (if needed)
- 1 emergency exam or visit (can be used any time during the year)
